Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Sale or opened items items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable service; SFK Customs isn’t responsible for lost return parcels.
How to Start a Return

Email sales@sfkcustoms.com with your order # and reason for return.

Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with the return instructions.

Once inspected, your refund (minus shipping if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
Exchange Requests
Exchanges are handled as a new order once your return is received.
