We want you to feel confident when purchasing products or services from SFK Auto Customs.


What do you sell?

We sell automotive accessories and electronics, including remote start systems and related upgrades. Some products are available with professional installation.


Do you offer installation?

Yes. We offer professional installation for select products.

⚠️ Installation services are final sale once completed.


How do I know if a product fits my vehicle?

Compatibility is based on manufacturer data and the vehicle details you provide (year, make, model, trim, engine).

Compatibility may vary by:

  • Push-to-start vs key ignition

  • Trim level

  • Factory security systems

  • Aftermarket modifications

If unsure, contact us before purchasing.


What if a product is not compatible?

Uninstalled and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

⚠️ Once a product has been installed, programmed, or attempted to be installed, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned due to compatibility issues.


What is your return policy?

Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days, provided they are:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • Complete with all parts and manuals

Final sale items include:

  • Installed or programmed items

  • Opened or attempted-install items

  • Sale, clearance, and special-order items


Are installations refundable?

No. Completed installations are non-refundable.

If an issue occurs, it will be addressed through:

  • Diagnostics

  • Adjustment or repair

  • Applicable warranty support


What warranty do remote starters have?

Remote starters and electronics are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which typically covers defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or damage

  • Water damage

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Third-party installation (if not installed by SFK Auto Customs)

Workmanship issues for systems installed by SFK Auto Customs will be assessed within the applicable warranty period.


How do I start a return?

Email info@sfklabel.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.


Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Trackable shipping is recommended.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Approved returns can be exchanged by placing a new order. Installation services are not eligible for exchange.
